Follow these steps to go from concept to fully produced signage or environmental graphics.1
Initial consultation
The process begins with a conversation. You share your vision, project goals, timeline, and budget, and we’ll advise on the best approaches and materials for your specific space.

Estimate & Approval:
Based on the consultation, we’ll provide a detailed quote. Once you approve the costs and scope of work, the project officially moves forward.

Artwork submission & Pre-flight
You supply your print-ready artwork files (usually high-resolution PDFs or vector files). Our team runs a "pre-flight" check to ensure the resolution, colour profiles (CMYK), and bleeds are correct.

Proofing & Final sign-off
Before the printers start running, you will receive a digital proof or a physical colour sample to review. This is your final chance to catch typos or colour issues before approving the artwork for production.

Production & Fabrication
We will bring your graphics to life. This stage involves printing, laminating for durability, contour cutting, and assembling any structural components of the signage or surface graphics.

Delivery or Professional installation
The finished graphics are either shipped to you or, more commonly for environmental graphics, expertly applied on-site by our professional installation team to ensure a flawless, bubble-free finish.
